The order items are read and checked via standard APIs. If the order contains free-of-charge items, the workflow automatically identifies the responsible approver and creates the corresponding task in their personal inbox.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the review, the delivery block set in the SAP standard system remains in effect. As a result, the order cannot be processed further until a decision has been made. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data can be imported not only via APIs but also, if needed, from documents or emails and processed further within the workflow.
